Tried from Safe Mode, Windows says no can do. Tried 3 different ways Normal and Clean boot "hangs" on first "System Clean up before Closing", PC is "partially" frozen as described above. Tried "Non Destructive Repair of Windows" with Media Creation Tool, per this expert: Ran CCleaner, cleaned everything including Registry, all ok.Ĭhecked Device Manager (in Safe mode) for Hardware errors, found 4, disabled all, reboot to normal mode, no improvement. Ran Malwarebytes AND Avast scans, nothing found. Swapped RAM, tested HDD, ran CHKDSK and SFC /Scannow, NO errors. Only restore point was when Google removed "Google Backup and Sync". However, the PC works PERFECTLY IN SAFE MODE! (But NOT in "Clean Boot") Right click on a desktop Icon and choose "Delete", nothing happens but a "spinning" circle appears.
